First time here with my girl We had the pork ribs, the bbq sauce was so sweet and good.. I had. Queso which was gooey, warm and exactly what I needed- I added a bit of the bbq sauce in the queso... ohhh they need to serve it like that .. the watermelon Mule was incredible -- the outer watermelon and it wasn't tang of the nasty syrup some places serve and my girl fell in love with the Stacy's Mom IPA Good vibes and our waiter-- a young. Latino guy was the best
House of 'Que is a barbeque restaurant inside American Dream Mall. I came here during lunch hour, so it wasn't as packed. The chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and the Sloppy Texan with curly fries were delicious. Food came out quickly and staffs were polite. If you're a fan of BBQ and looking for a lively, Texas-style dining experience, House of 'Que could be a good choice for you.
House of Que is a BBQ Restaurant. The House of Que at this location is in the American Dream Complex in East Rutherford, NJ. House of Que American Dream is close to BigSNOW which is the Indoor Ski / Slope Area where individuals can Ski, go Tubing, etc. & other eateries. House of Que has a Sports Bar Vibe. Staff were kind & friendly. Although the establishment is spacious w/ enough seating, we decided to sit at the bar. I think they played Justin Timbberlake's 1st solo album before playing any other music. Great music played from the moment we sat down and we were two-stepping as we were exiting at the end of our visit-lol. Since we were at American Dream on a Wednesday, we were able to enjoy their Ladies Night Special. Ladies Night started at 6pm & the promotion when we visited House of Que was $7 for specific cocktails. We ordered Strawberry and Peach Margaritas, which were served in fantastic texas-size cups. The Margaritas were delicious and strong!. We also decided to order Chicken Tenders which came out piping hot and tasted fresh. We were seated right away for lunch. The menu is a QR code on a napkin box that also held two barbecue sauce. One is their original and the other is their mustard vinaigrette which didn't really have any mustard taste. We ordered held pound of ribs and half pound of brisket. The ribs were very good, fall off the bone with a little chew and smoky. The brisket was too dried out although it did have a nice smoke ring and smoke flavor. It needed sauce to get it down. The corn pudding was pretty good.
